We were a group of 14 and everyone had a fantastic time! The staff were super friendly and accommodating (Jasmine, Allah, Alvin, & Donovan). We didn’t expect to be taken to a beautiful island where the staff cooked the lobsters we caught and made our group the best Belizean lunch ever. Super Delicious!! Super fun!! Super worth every second of this experience! We absolutely recommend!!

Highly recommend Sea Ready Adventures! Met Randy & his family on day 2 of our first trip to Belize. We were looking for a fishing excursion and he offered to take us and teach us hand fishing. Randy and his Uncle Lennox took us out and we had a fishing experience of a lifetime! Highly recommend them and after fishing, diving, or island hopping, eat dinner at their family restaurant, Maximo’s. Great food and atmosphere! Thank you Randy, we will definitely be back to see you!

Wonderful experience with Sea Ready Adventures. They are quick to respond, professional and very kind. You can tell that everyone loves what they do and they make the adventures fun and memorable . I shared that it was going to be my son’s 7th birthday on the snorkel excursion and they surprised him with a homemade baked cake . Jasmin is just lovely to work with. Great family owned company with good people and great excursions . Highly recommend!!!

Wow! We just got back from our full day of snorkeling and it was truly above and beyond our expectations. Danovan (the owner) and “King James” are not only experienced professionals, they made the day so enjoyable with so many details. And every trip they book is a private tour.
We communicated ahead of the trip via whatsapp. We were told in advance that we would start the day with a ride they arranged to pick us up from our resort. We arrived at a beautiful marina on the south side of Hopkins. It’s good to know there is a clean one stall bathroom available to use as well.
Be prepared for a long boat ride past the strip of islands to get to the reef. It is worth it. This is one of the most beautiful reefs and second largest in the world.
We’ve been on tours that take you to shallow areas and some smaller coral reefs. They make all kinds of promises. If anyone promises you that you will see anything other than fish or coral, run. No promises were made but we were able to see giant sting rays, sea urchins, beautiful schools of so many types of fish, and a loggerhead sea turtle!
The equipment provided is quality and well maintained. You can tell they take great pride in their business. We first enjoyed two great snorkeling experiences with a small break in between with plenty of snacks and drinks provided. During our second snorkeling swim, Danovan actually found a lobster hiding under a rock which King James captured and brought onto the boat for us to bring back.
After our second trip out, we headed back to the beach for a delicious homemade Belize style lunch. We had plenty of time to eat and hang out in the water before heading back out for our last snorkeling stop.
King James led this stop and we swam around as he caught some fish for us to take back. We finished our swim and got back into the boat while he fished a bit longer. Suddenly, James yelled back at us he found a turtle. We had told them finding a sea turtle has been on our bucket list for years. Danovan raced us over to the spot and we quickly jumped back in to watch this massive turtle swimming below us. When we say this has been our favorite snorkeling experience ever, the turtle is a big piece of that. But even before we got to see the turtle, my husband and I agreed that the experience and attention to details was the best. Book here, you may not see a sea turtle, but you will NOT be disappointed.

Best time ever with Donovan and James. James is truly the King of fish. It was our first time snorkeling and these guys made us feel so comfortable! They were super flexible and knowledgeable. Run don’t walk!! 😊

We had been on tour twice and both times the adventure was a blast the food was excellent. The guides was helpful,kind and friendly Service was wonderful. Donovan maximo Captain/guide through us Alot on our tour about the difference fish, reef and much more me and my friend enjoy ourselves……thank you guy for awesome tour and food!!

JR is a very communicative and knowledgeable guide! He and his family are locals who will be able to give you recommendations on where to go, what to eat, and other things to do nearby. All in all, JR is a amazing host and local resource for all your adventures in Hopkins.
Sea Ready Adventures & Tours is the real deal!! The guys showed us some amazing waterborne fun, including cook your catch hand-line fishing, a bioluminescence tour and amazing snorkeling. If you are in this beautiful part of Belize, you can’t go wrong with any of their tours, highlight of our trip!
We had the greatest time on our ‘catch and cook tour’ with sea ready adventures and tour, with Randy and Donavan! We started early and had a full day of fishing adventures. We started by catching our bait with nets, then headed out to deeper waters to fish and caught one mackerel after the next. We then headed to a small island to grill our catch, which was served with coconut rice and beans with salad. Was a day to always remember, thanks to all the crew a sea ready adventures!
